My Daily Protein Energy Drink

Protein is an essential part of our daily routine which gives energy and burn fats from our body. I would like to suggest, you people also try to make your own health drink at home. Most of the people don’t know what are the ingredients mixing from market health drink powder. So, make your own one.

I have taken this energy drink from the past three months at everyday morning. This one really gives me energy and essential protein for every day. This protein drink doesn’t need any expensive things. Simple cost and simple to make.

My Protein health drink powder fully made up of natural ingredients. Every day morning has to drink a protein drink helps to give enough protein and stamina. Also, it helps to boost the immune system. It is a tasteless drink but good for health.

This protein drinks anyone can drink. The easy protein drink, especially for women and children can take.

Drink the protein drink in the everyday morning after your brush or before your workout. This protein drink has to prepare in your home.

All you need is some cereals and Lentils,

1. Rye — 250g

2. Ragi — 500g

3. Red Beans — 250g

4. Groundnut — 250g

That’s all ingredients you need to take.

There are 2 ways before grind,

i) Take this all and do mild fry without oil.

ii) Soak in 24 hours and make sprouted.

The above procedure anyone you can take. After that make a deep dry in the sunlight for 2 days. Once, all the cereals and lentils get deep dry then grind and make powder.

Store your protein powder in a silver container without mixing any oil or water. Put a separate tablespoon for that.

How to Prepare Health Drink,

Health drink normally prepare with hot water or milk.

For Hotwater,

i) Boil one and half glass of water.

ii) Take 2 spoons of protein powder and mix with half glass of normal water.

iii) Mix well after the powder gets smoothy.

iv) Put the powder water into the boiled water.

v) Mix one spoon of sugar or pinch of salt.

vi) Keep mixing well for 5 mins.

vii) Place the health drink in your favourite glass and taste it.

For Milk,

i) Boil one glass of milk and mix a half glass of water.

ii) Take 2 spoons of protein powder and mix with half glass of normal water. Mix well after the powder gets smoothy.

ii) Once the milk gets heat and add the powder water.

iv) Keep mixing well for 5 mins.

v) Add one spoon of sugar or a little bit of salt.

vi) Unload your health drink and drink it.

It’s my own drink to get protein energy.

If you drink in the morning instead of tea or coffee you will feel more freshness and getting energized.

If you drink 30 mins before your workout you will get more stamina and doesn’t get tired easily.

This health drinks were easy to make and quick to prepare. Athletes also have to try it. This will not give any side effects because of these natural ingredients.

I think sprouted cereals and lentils better to drink. Because sprouted ingredients always give high protein energy. The above amount of grams will give up to one and a half month. After finished prepare again and follow the same procedure.
