Is Murph Workout Good for Ectomorph?

Murph Workout is the most popular workout. Most of the people taking Murph workout as a challenge. In 28th June 2005, the Murph workout was found by Lt. Michael P. Murphy He was the United States and he was the officer of NAVY SEAL. Murph workout is the favourite workout for him. So, this was the reason behind this Murph workout.

Murph Workout,

1. 1 Mile run

2. 100 Pullups

3. 200 Pushups

4. 300 Squats

5. 1 Mile run

In a 20lb vest or body armour.

The above workouts are called Murph challenge. Anyone can do this challenge. Also, you can split those workouts by reps and sets. The people who have completed this Murph challenge they feel more strong, mental freshness and muscle gain.

The Murph workout is easy for bodybuilders but It is difficult for normal people. Because it is high-intensity workouts which are not easy to do.

Hearing about Murph workouts are literally getting surprised. Doing every day 10 pushups getting more tired and lose energy. But people are taking and doing this as a challenge. Advantages of this will be you can get a stronger upper body and lower body. You can easily lift the weights in your home furniture. You have to do this for a month. After you can feel the difference.

Everything is ok. But my question is “Is this good for an ectomorph?”

I think people will confuse “what is ectomorph?”

The Bodybuilders are experienced about body shapes and also they said there are 3 kinds of body shapes are there which is,

1. Ectomorph

2. Mesomorph

3. Endomorph

The Ectomorph people are looking naturally lean. They thought to get weight gain. But they do not gain weight easily. Because they will have high Metabolism. They can gain muscle mass very slowly. But they can easily lose their fats. To gain weight they force themselves to eat a lot. Those types of people have to do heavy weight lift exercises with low reps.

Ectomorph people also can do the Murph workout but they can’t get the result immediately. These people should do a little more days. Ectomorph people little easy to do Murph. Because they have a high metabolism. They will not get tired easily compare to Mesomorph and Endomorph. Ectomorph people have to put more efforts to gain weight.

Mesomorph people are looking perfect. They will not be looking more skinny or more fat. They can easily gain weight or lose weight. They don’t need any high-intensity workouts.

Endomorph people are looking naturally fat. Because they have low metabolism. Without eating anything they can get weight easily and also they can gain muscles easily. They will suffer from losing fat. Because it is too much difficult for them. These people need to watch how much calories intake every day. Endomorph people have to take high reps and most importantly cardio workouts.

While we talking about Ectomorph people for their body condition they have low fat and low muscle. If ectomorph people take Murph challenge they will face little injuries like a bone fracture. Once, they gain a little weight after they can take Murph challenge. Because, whenever we lift the weights the bones and muscles both are supporting. If anyone is missing will get an injury.

I think the Murph workout not that much easy. Before taking this Murph workout people have to aware of food. Because this high-intensity workout needs more energy and stamina. Then only you can do without getting tired quickly. You need more protein. So, for this take protein drinks and energy drinks like electoral. Be aware of it.
